By ordering a product from Candles & Crafts, you accept the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly and before placing an order.

All pictures and descriptive matter contained, are issued for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the individual product.

Orders and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available, Candles & Crafts will inform you as soon as possible. We will then offer you the option of reconfirming your order, or cancelling your order.

We currently have a minimum order of £2.00 not including P+P.

Pricing of products are correct at the time of appearing on our website but we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This will not affect any order you have made prior to any such changes.

Every effort is made to ensure that prices and descriptions, shown on Candles & Crafts are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order.

Cancelling Orders
If you cancel an order before it is despatched, Candles & Crafts will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid.

All available items are despatched within 2-3 working days, but in busy periods we will contact you to notify of any delays.
