Delivery
All items are sent first class. Large orders may be insured therefore you will be asked to sign on delivery. Candle Essence cannot be held responsible for damage during delivery as all my products are well packaged.

Delivery Rates
Standard UK Royal Mail First Class Shipping rates are applicable (these rates will change as and when Royal Mail change their rates).

Some items will attract FREE Postage and these will be identified in the product description, if these items are ordered with products that attract a shipping rate then you will be charged shipping for those items only.

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 7 days of sale. A refund totalling the price of your purchase minus the postage costs will be given on receipt of your items. All products must be carefully repackaged and returned to the postal address below.

Payments:
Payments can be made from a debit or credit card through our website, via paypal for FREE. Your items will be despatched within 2-3 working days. You can also send a cheque or bankers draft but this will delay your order as funds must be cleared (4 working days) before any merchandise is shipped.
